  • Shipping

    As of now, we only offer domestic shipping to the US and lettermail fulfillment to Portugal.

    If you would like lettermail to ship stickers, art prints, and photocards, when you go through the checkout process, please navigate to “More Payment Options” and input the country you reside within in order to access Lettermail shipping.

    I will do my best to process and ship orders 3-5 days after I receive the order. However, the actual time of arrival may take upwards to two weeks especially around holiday times.

    Tracking labels will be emailed after I purchase the shipping label!

  • Refunds

    Refunds will only be allowed if an order has not been mailed out. Otherwise, I do not offer refunds for any of my products currently.

  • Replacements

    If your order arrives damaged upon arrival, ie. keychain broke during transit, art print folded, etc. - please let me know as soon as possible so I can send a replacement.
